Stearns County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is excited to announce the launch of our updated logo and branding and the adoption of a streamlined name: Stearns Conservation District (SCD).
The new logo and branding reflect our organization's growth and leadership, and better represents our mission to protect and enhance Stearns County's natural resources. The name change to Stearns Conservation District reflects our organization's broad scope of work, which extends beyond soil and water conservation.
"Our organization has evolved over the years, and our name and branding needed to reflect our wide-ranging mission," said Dennis Fuchs, District Administrator. "Our new logo and name are a visual representation of our dedication to protecting and enhancing our natural resources while being more inclusive and relevant to the communities we serve."
Over the coming months, our new branding and logo will be rolled out for public use. As part of the rebranding effort, a new website will be launched in 2025. It will reflect our mission to protect and enhance our natural resources and better serve our clients, partners, and communities. Visit www.StearnsCD.org to stay up to date on our progress.
